I have an opportunity to take a week off the first week of October and stay at a resort. I don't know that I'll be out sightseeing so I'll have lots of time to myself in the resort to stitch. Unfortunately, one of my UFOs I might not be able to take because it's for someone I'll be with and I wouldn't want them to accidentally see it. I've always wanted a "stitching vacation" but I'm still not sure if I should go.

Can it really be the 1st already? I am in this month with Freedom for All. Confession time, however. I absolutely hated the stitching that I had already done on it, so I am starting it over. Will include a pic of what the finished piece should look like when I do the progress pic on the 7th.

So who will be joining me? Let's see those pics.

May we all get in many stitches this week.

I will do some stitching on my Rose Fairy. She has been a little neglected again  but I will also try to do a bit of my Tiger and my Christmas card.... I hope :ratherbe:

Well, I just finished my "Let There Be Peace" snowmen. For my other UFO, Oriental Butterflies, I'm setting a goal of finishing the last of the kanji and the backstitching on the left wings. My camera is being wonky right now, but I'll hopefully have a snowman pic up sometime this week. Good luck on those UFOs, everyone!

P.S. As I was typing that last sentence, I heard a thud from the area where my 9 month old son was playing. In my haste to get over to him, I managed to jam my needle all the way THROUGH the top of my thumb. What a great way to start UFO week... Little Man is okay, though. :)

My newest WIP made some progress. I'm not sure, if anyone can understand it. I've been stitching one of the many flowers of that project.

So - it's been a long time since I joined the UFO Club. Not a lot of progress on this. There is quite a bit you can't see - most of the beard is stitched - but it is white so you can't see it well. It is so strange going from 25 count to 11 count fabby.
