I decided to give myself a challenge while I am stitching my other WIPs, UFOs, SALs, etc.... one of my other cross-stitching group is offering lessons on different specialty stitches such as Diamond eyelet, English stitch, lazy daisy, etc..... It will be a sampler when done. It is actually fun to learn. :)

The light doesn't show the initial very well but I wanted to show what I do when I go "green" in our family. The initial "A" is for my grandson, Austin, and there is a dinosaur next to it. I stitched the initial onto a brand new bath towel. The birthday gift is inside the bath towel with jute strings tied at each end of the towel. Since there are 7 May birthdays in our family, I am stitching each birthday person's initial onto a bath towel ....to wrap around their gifts.

I finished my SanMan 4 Seasons Fatties today. I haven't decided how I want to do the finishing yet so I will put it in my stitched designs drawer for now. LOL
