What an unusual design. Where's it from (looks eastern European, perhaps). Great start.

The design is from the Southwest of USA.... Utah, Arizona, New Mexico..... I used to live in Santa Fe, New Mexico for 5 years and I learned about the pueblos culture, history, food, etc.
Kokopelli is a legend among the Native American pueblos. He plays a flute as he goes from village to village. The children flocks to listen to him. He represent fertility, happiness, good luck, etc. You see alot of his designs in the southwest of USA.

Teacups/Teapots SAL
This is my SAL I am doing with another group that I am involved with. I decided to stitch the teacups with the teapots side by side instead of on 2 long narrow strips (a row of teacups and a row of teapots). Now on to Feb....

Your teapot and cup really caught my attention. I take it is a monthly series. Looking forward to seeing them evolve.

We don't exchange gifts for Valentine's Day. That is what happens when you get to be old farts.
