Gorgeous! I should do something like that at some time. My hubby's hobby is amateur astronomy.

yes I did, they were fabulous pics, my partner does deep space photography and some stunning pics, you've made me think about doing one of them as a cross stitch

That would be great and even more special if its one of his photos. I particularly love the pics of the galaxies and nebulas

the one I was thinking of would be the andromeda galaxy, love the colours in it

Been awhile since I updated but I have made some progress on this! Finally finished the first page and waded through all that black and navy blue. Page 2 still has a lot of dark colours but I am now starting to stitch the outer parts of the galaxy
