Nerve wracking news this week was that Kauto had a fall while schooling and might not be ok for the Gold Cup in two weeks! Fingers crossed he makes it.

Not surprised that you are sticking with this one. It is great and you are making amazing progress on it. Hope the horse didn't get injured badly in his fall. What a shame. Makes the cross stitch even more special.

He's ok, just a bit bruised, but it means he might not be 100% by the time of the big race, if so he won't run but his health is most important to everyone.

If he does win, I guess I'll have another cross stitch to do!!

Wonderful progress!

I feel for the horse. I don't know much about training a horse for racing, but I would hope they don't push them too hard.
