Kauto Star chart by Skitzzzzz finished :)

Well, having finished my picture of Kauto Star with his stablemate Denman, he won a 5th King George iv chase and I think is deserving of his own picture.

This is the one I chose, taken on that day at Kempton:



Lovely Skitzzz adapted it a bit to remove the people and the line is where I've decide to stitch from, just taking out a bit of sky and fence, mainly because I screwed up on my fabric size...tut tut.



This is my progress so far, it's fun this one as there are lots of blocks of colour, and then lots of confetti in Kauto and Ruby. You can just see Ruby's hat appearing.



Thanks to wonderful Skitzzzz for her hard work getting this one done for me, I'm totally addicted and other projects are going to have to wait for awhile. God knows what I'll ask her to do if he runs well in the Gold Cup in March!!

Yep, 18 count and my first time using magic guide or whatever it's called! I got some cheapish for my sister so used the rest of it.

2 over 1 as per usual.

Skitzzz has also done a chart for my novice sister, a picture from the nightmare before Christmas, which she has yet to start due to work pressures but is hoping to do it in the summer. It's fab and Skitzzz has done a great job on it making it easy but still very good.
