What a beautiful tribute to Kayla. I have a few beloved pets at the Rainbow Bridge myself and it is never easy to let them go. I love the butterfly, too!

I've been able to find some time to stitch over the past few days so here's two updates!
This first one was my progress as of July 4th:
And this second one is my progress as of today, July 6th. I really love the way the shadow makes the butterfly float above the fabric!

I think most of us have lost pets & the sadness lingers, but there are also beautiful memories, hold onto them, Kayla would want you to remeber them. Your butterfly is beautiful & I'm looking forward to seeing the finished result. Kindest regards, Pippa.

Great progress. I love the 3D effect the shadow gives the butterfly. It does look like its floating.
