Just catching up on this thread. What a cute design and you're making great progress. I do hope your uncle is getting better. I agree with the others that I enjoy seeing different approaches to stitching. Well done, can't wait to see the progress pics when you get your laptop up again. Thank goodness I have an app for photobucket on my phone.

Guess I forgot to mention that my uncle passed away at the end of March.

So..got a few photos to share now that I have a laptop again! I'm not great of taking in-progress pics of my pieces so there's quite a jump in progress but I did take a few photos! All I've left to do is the wording on the bottom, and it's irritating the crap out of me..so many 3/4 stitches. I hate 3/4 stitches, and there are a zillion of them in this part of the pattern! Maybe this'll force me to get better at them?

I know what you mean about 3/4 stitches .... my monoply board had alot of 1/4 stitches on the go square.... I left it half done and moved on to go back to later lol
I had never done 1/4 before...and was having a hard time.

the bears look great though !!

Looking great! Those teddies are so cute. I'm such a sucker for teddy bears with glasses.

So close to being done with this project! Only two more words left to go, and then it'll be ready to get framed since I've decided I don't want to do all the backstitching. I think it'll be fine without and they'll never ever know.
