megan_bright wrote:Thanks! I'm really excited to get to use another color soon hahaha. The only thing is I'm using 18 ct and so the fabric is huge and gets in my way and I can only roll it back so much before it gets bulky...is there anything I can do to make it easier to work with?
....this might be of help....

I finally got around to putting all the threads together and organizing them for this...

It took forever lol and there's 90 different colors in this! Yikes.

Well it isn't quite half a page done yet, but I feel proud of myself for getting through this much lol.
I wish I could just stitch all day, but I have 18 hours of class a week and 20 hours of work...so I don't have much time for stitching

Progress is progress and however how little time you have, you'll eventually get there, and we'll be here drooling over your project!

Thanks everyone!
I have one random question, though. For some reason the top of my fabric has turned slightly pink...do you think the thread could be staining it? or is there anything I can do? I don't know what else it could be...

I finally finished the first page!!!!
I don't know why there's little white spaces mixed in...I guess the thread didn't cover fully in some places :/ but it looks better in person.
I'm ready for a color that's not a shade of red! lol

Congratulations on your first page finish

can't wait to see the next one!
I always find when I photograph my stitching I notice the white bits too - I think its just the flash because IRL you can't notice them - I do get paranoid though!
