:applesauce: That is so pretty. You did a lovely job. The wings are amazingly delicate.

Great job on the angel! Love the fabric color to go with the angel since it brings out the stitching well.

Time for the 6th January. All I have done so far is get the threads out. I have found in my stash some material which is the same colour as the background so that is going to save me loads of stitching.

Lucky you have the right color fabric for the background. The thread colors are pretty also. What is the design for that date?

I'm on the last day on this piece and will put a photo up later. I have dne so much frogging on a simple design it has driven me mad. I was hoping to get it finished before I move on to Castles in the air week tomorrow. Oh well.

Your Angel finish is so pretty. I love the result of your decision to go with a less filled in look on her wings. The fabric and thread for your next project are lovely.I thought I was not a colour pink person but surprised myself when I decided to stitch Rose Fairy and now I love to see different shades of the colour together.
Sorry that dratted :anotherfrog: has been to see you,he certainly gets around.

Do you happen to have a link to the exact calender you're using? Because I'm interested in perhaps trying to seek out a copy for myself... love that first completed piece you did. :)

Thanks Kell. That is the exact calendar I have. I was determined that eventually I would do them all but I have already missed one out and later on there are some very American designs. Not that there is anything wrong with that but some if them just do't make sense here! And I'm still only on the 6th January!!

They've improved from a few years ago then. The patterns I had were extremely basic, not as nice as the ones you've completed so far Liz.

Sorry it's a bit delayed but as promised, where I have got to on the latest day. The bottom of the letter A is out by two stitches but after lots of frogging I have decided I will work round it.

:applesauce: looks good to me. What pretty pink colors. Do you have the whole alphabet to do? I guess I'm not quite sure how this works. I thought there was 364 patterns to do?

There is a pettern every week day so not quite 365 to do. The whole alphabet is in there but spread out over the whole year. It is only because I am a bit obsessive that I am making myself do them in date order!
