I don't unfortunately but I do have Marty Bell's "Miss Hathaway's Cottage" whick is also in colour and I just took a black and white photocopy to see if I can read it and I can so maybe that is an option? You can photocopy the chart as long as it is only for yourself as a working copy.
Hope that helps a little.

Hello Midge, thanku for your advice, but i have tried this before and it is still not as easy to read as a black and white chart...but i appreciate you trying to help me..thanku..Are you stitching miss hathaways garden at the moment?Or is it a different marty bell?..I am actually stitching Miss Hathaways Garden myself at the moment.I have been working on it for 4 and a half weeks now and i have finished the cottage and the sky and now i am stitching the gardens on the bottom half of the chart...It is a lot of work, but it looks really beautiful..I just love marty bell..This is my second one of hers i have done..Have you done many? Anyway thanku again...kindest regards Gabriele

Hi Gabriele,
You are quite correct, it is Miss Hathaway's Garden. It throws me because it has her cottage in it. Silly me.
I bought this chart because my hubby liked it and it is the kind of house we would like to live in once the children are all grown up and have left home.
I haven't started this one but it is all kitted up and ready to go. I haven't stitched a Marty Bell befor either so I'd appreciate any comments you have.
It sounds like you have made a wopnderful start on the "garden" and I would love to see it as a topic in the SAL section if you can figure out how to pop photo's up on the board.
Good luck anyway and keep in touch.
Helen x

Hi again Helen,if you would like to see pics of my marty bell i am stitching i can send you a link to my multiply site(blog)..i have been posting pics from the start of this cross stitch....But i would definitely like to keep chatting on this forum as well. Its lovely to chat to someone who loves marty bell, and is eventually going to stitch miss hathaways garden.I bought my kit on ebay on an auction.I only paid around $20.00 us for it,and since then i have bought several other kits.I plan on stitching them all.But i think this is the biggest one i am stitching at the moment. Its supposed to be on 14 count aida, but i decided to stitch mine on 16 count,as the stitching is smaller and much neater, even when you look closer at it....And i found on the bottom half of the chart(the gardens) is more work than the actual cottage as there are so many confetti stitches. But thats what makes it look like the original painting. So its well worth the effort.....Anyway if you have any other questions just ask.I would be only too happy to help in any way i can...Kindest regards Gabriele

Hi, I have sent you an e-mail but please delete your addy from this section because you may get allsorts of things sent by the wierdo's who like to prowl on open forums.
I bet everyone would love to see this project, why not set up a SAL with all the pics in it.
The confeti bit is what is putting me off starting - well, that and all the other unfinished items I have on the go. :D
