Sarah's Indian Maiden & Brave FINISHED!!

Post by Sarah Gixxer »

I thought I'd start a thread for this now as I will be starting stitching very soon. The fabric arrived today so I'm really excited. Here are what the two pictures will look like.

And here is the fabric. It's 28 count hand dyed Jobelan in "Earth". I got this from Polstitches who I've never used before, but I'm pleased with the service. I ordered it on Wednesday and it arrived Saturday.

Look forward to seeing these two being stitched, the fabric is lovely. Is it the recommended one from the pattern or one you chose yourself?

Midge, I'm going to stitch the Maiden first, "ladies first" and all that!

Xandra, the fabric was recommended in the magazine for these. I'm looking forward to stitching on it.

SocialSue, the charts were in Cross Stitch Gold - the Brave was in issue 76 and the Maiden was in the previous issue.

Hopefully it won't be long before I can start - I've stitched almost half of the last portion of a page on my Indian and Wolf design. Probably about 800 stitches to go, roughly.
