Help! Design with several grandkids and birth dates?

I am a fairly new cross stitcher and was remembering something that my grandmother had made and hung in her home.

It was a cross stitched design and it had little, very simply cross stitched children that were 'holding hands' (imagine folding a piece of paper to create a fan, then cutting out a figure of a person, and then opening it up--all the people are virtually identical but connected at the arms) and created a border around the outside. Underneath each small stick-figure-like figurine was the name and birth date of each of her grandchildren, me being included.

My grandmother has since passed, but there are several other grandchildren that have been born. I was wanting to make another one like it for my grandfather who is still alive, but making it large enough for the new grandchildren. I live across the country from my grandfather now, so dropping by to take a look at it is not an option.

Anyway, I've been searching all over the place for something like this, and wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find a pattern like this, or even a pattern of a few children as I have described and I can just duplicate them. Even if anyone knows if there is a certain book that might contain this so I could buy it. Thanks for all your help.
