Emily Peacock Circus letters question?

Hi,
I have just downloaded the amazing circus fonts by Emily peacock and wondered what count aida they have to be stitched onto???? I'm a newbie hence the probably stupid question?

there is no rule, any count would be fine...however, the finer the picture the finer the count is what i generally work on, i would go for 14 count for the alphabet, but you could also do 16 or 18.
