Has anyone use these? What was your experience with them?

My daughter has a friend who uses the blue round loom by Knifty Knitter to make hats for hospital babies. My daughter has never done any kind of knitting and she made a baby hat on the loom. It wasn't at all difficult, and it came out looking perfect. The tension was even all over. It goes pretty fast too.

I use these! well i used to more so before i started doing cross stitfch and got addited....but here is a blanket i made for a friend here with the loom

with the loom you have to sew panels if you want to do something wider then a scarf or baby blanket width because it can only be so long ....well they do sell extenders you can connect 2 looms with but i haven't tried these yet.....anyway i think it turned out good though you can *kinda* see where i had to sew the two peices together but nobody else but me seemed to notice, i guess because i knew it was there lol

also here is a close up of the stitch, it ends up looking so neat because you just wrap the yarn around the pegs and then pull the loops over the yarn so its all uniform, some people tell me it looks like a machine did it

I really enjoyed using them and am actually working on another blanket soon....well as soon as i can pull myself away from my cross stitch @rotfl:
"give me a break" ;)
