Moving

I think I mentioned a few weeks ago that hubby had been offered a job in Basingstoke.
Well on Tuesday we heard back from our letting agent and we've been accepted for the house we wanted, so next week we'll be moving down there. Hubby will go down first on Tuesday and I will follow on the weekend with our furniture etc. Poor hubby will be sleeping on a blow up mattress for the first few days, not that he'll mind, he actually likes sleeping on the floor (strange man).

Wish us luck and if I disappear for a few days you'll know why

in your move. Moving is never fun but then there is something to be said to moving into a new place and making it your own. Come back to the forum as soon as you can.

Good luck! I hate moving, mostly because I've done it so much over the past 3 years. Looking for a long-term flat now so hopefully only one more move in the foreseeable future!

I don't know the whole of Basingstoke that well but I visited a friend there once and it was lovely. Hope you enjoy it there!
