Well I came across this pattern in my binder of things that I want to do and I felt like I HAD to start right away.
Unfortunately I don't know where it came from haha. I had to trim it up to fit into my binder.
Here is how far I have gotten:
I am working on 18 count Aida for a change. I am a little sad I can't find some colors in my stash so I need to go shopping...oh darn lol.

Thanks everyone! I hope I can get out tomorrow to get these threads...I think it will look like I have done more with filling in a lot of the blanks! Here is as far as I got tonight:
As much as I want to continue its 5am here and everyone is going to be up in an hour and I know if I am still up when they get up I won't hear the end of it....
I love how fast it is to stitch though! Lots of blocks of color.

Lovely peonies and what a shame that you have to go shopping to get more stash for it. Sometimes you just have to make sacrifices.

Nice start!! It will be lovely when finished. I'm not sure, but it reminds me of something I saw in an older JCS magazine - it may be only that it was also a peony pattern? Looking forward to more updates.

The finished design looks so 3-dimensional so I can't wait to watch this come together.

Thanks everyone I am so excited to finish it. It isn't that big of a project either so I feel like I am flying through it. The first flower is practically already outlined! Thanks so much for the encouragement...I swear I will finish this one!

We did too! All I can remember though were the ants that lived on ours
The bloomed for a few weeks though and it was well worth it! Such pretty flowers

That's a very pretty design and you are making amazing progress. Love the fabric colour, it looks like an oatmeal?....

I love the peonies and this chart is really a good one. You have made a good start with it too. I hope you enjoyed your stash shopping.
