Can someone open a Pattern Maker file for me?

(This is my first post, so I hope I'm putting my topic in the right place!)

My mother had Pattern Maker on an old computer (which we no longer own), and she had a Mirabilia pattern on it (which we still have) but I can no longer open the file since I no longer have the computer or the software. I was wondering if there's a way in Pattern Maker to convert the file to a jpeg or something more accessible to me. I'm on a vista machine, so I can't download the free trial of Pattern Maker that is on the developer's website.
