Linda Gillum "Bears on Toile" bib

I'm stitching a Linda Gillum "Bears on Toile" bib for a friend who started the project as therapy for her disability, but wasn't able to finish it. Unfortunately she has lost the instructions and chart.

Does anyone know if I would be able to get these without having to buy the whole kit again?

I would try to contact made the kit companies are usually pretty nice about that type of stuff.
