I really stitched these, honestly

Post by fiddler »

While looking at Sew and Sews website I came across Debbie Patrick Designs. It reminded me that I once stitched 2 of them for my daughter. She spent a year at Uni in San Francisco. Unfortunately I can't show you the finished pieces as they are now on her bedroom wall, when I next visit I'll take a pic. These give you some idea of them. I have never seen D P's designs anywhere else.

Both lovely designs. The name and the style sound very familiar. :thinks:
Does she base her designs on real houses? I think I may have one of her designs in my Gallery (page 8 ), a Victorian style house in San Francisco. I've passed on the pattern, so I don't have the designer's name, but I'm pretty sure it was her. It's one of my favourite pieces.

Hi Wanatoo. Yes they are real houses, these are both in San Francisco. The first one is Alamo Square ( I think they are called the painted ladies) and the second one is in Gough Street
