WOW, that fabric does transition from a beige-ish to a very bright-ish yellow. That's what happens when fabric is hand-dyed, each one is unique and different. (Like a snow-flake, I guess)

Have you contacted the company and confirmed the the correct fabric was sent??? I know that last year I ordered a fabric and that the improper fabric was sent to me they were very sorry and I recieved the proper fabric and they told me to keep the wrong fabric as an apology.

Sadly, I've seen several posts from stitchers who have been disappointed with the fabrics they've received from Silkweavers. I had considered getting one of their holiday specials that looked really good on the monitor until a stitcher posted her dismay with the piece she had received. Silweavers would not issue a refund, but ultimately she was given credit toward another purchase in reponse to her complaint.

I emailed them and they offered to send me another if I sent it back. I doN,t see how they could even TRY to pass this off as something that was represented as a soft golden beige on the site!
