As we had the first of the month yesterday, I'll start off this SAL for anyone who is stitching HAED's Sistine Chapel design. I know there are three of us at least stitching it on this forum. If there are more, please feel free to post an update on the first of the month.
Here's where I'm at after a month of stitching
The bottom few stitches mark the bottom of the page!!!

Jo, you've done great this month! I'm rotating mine with three other projects and did not get quite as much done as you did. I also started April 1st, stitched 1x1 full cross on 28 count Forget Me Not Blue Jobelan, so here's my progress as of April 30th. Theresa

Jo, You've mad a lot of fantastic progress. It is looking beautiful. Just curious though, did you grid the whole fabric before you started?
Theresa, yours is looking lovely also. Great start.
These are going to be fun watching grow.

Yours is looking great Theresa . I love how you're so disciplined with your stitching. I seem to wander off all over the place!!!
Carole, I haven't gridded the whole of the fabric. I gridded all the way across the top and all the way down the left hand side, just to make sure I'd got enough fabric before I cut it and more importantly before I started stitching it!! I'm always paranoid that the material won't be big enough because I've cocked up the measuring, so at lest I know that if I've managed to count to 10 enough times, then I won't be caught short (if you know what I mean!! )
I do know what you mean, Jo. It must have taken a good long while to do that much gridding, but I can understand why. I can't think of much that would be worse than finding out when you got there, that the fabric wasn't wide or long enough, especially on a project of this size. Now you won't have to use much stitching time to grid the top row and the first column. Not a bad idea at all.

Great restart Emma . I'm doing mine 2 over 1 full crosses on 22ct and I think the coverage is great. I'm in confetti city at the moment and it's not too bulky at the back so I think this will be the way with HAEDs from now on. Like Theresa said, it'll be interesting seeing you progress from the bottom up!!
Great restart Emma. And it is better to restart now then when you are several pages into it. And it is fun to see them growing from top and bottom. Will it feel like a virtual finish when ya'll meet somewhere in the middle.
