I found my Christmas tree decorations!
I'm working on stitching the few other 'Christmasy' ones too.
Not sure what I'll do with them, but I like a little change now and then.
I've discovered a really good way of 'preserving' them. I cover them in PVA glue. It drys completely clear, stops the fabric and thread from fraying and stiffens the piece which is handy for the coin holders.

They are so cute. I love Christmas in May. Much better than rushing around in November.

These look really great and the PVA glue was an inspiration! I also love your photos with the purple background, it really shows off the stitched pieces. I shouldn't worry about out of season either. I completed a mag commission 4 weeks ago that is for Christmas tree decorations, so I was designing snow scenes while the trees were in full blossom outside and the daffodils in flower

Thanks ladies
Lol I still have a few more to do and snowmen are WIPs
The purple is a towel I had in my room.... I'm so messy.... Better on the towel than a white laptop to see them.
I should have the other.... Say 3 or 4 five over the weekend
I think the PVA makes the colours stand out more too. Great for any small pieces to stop the fabric coming apart at the ends.
