I got a lovely birth record pattern from StitchWorld.
It calls for a 14ct Colonial Blue Aida Cloth from Zweigart
Minimum size... 13.75" x 17.25" (34.9cm x 43.8cm)
I read through your suggested websites and checked out the following with no luck: abcstitch.com, stoneycreek.com, zweigart.com, createforless.com, herschners.com
Are there any other sites that you can suggest? I want to get it as close to the suggested color as possible.
I live in Canada.

Heres the link to the Zweigart page
http://www.zweigart.com/content/section ... mily_id=20" target="_blank
Colonial Blue is product # 3706/522/43
Wichelt.com
http://www.wichelt.com/detail.html?pid=151784" target="_blank
Dont know if its wichelt's own brand or zweigart _but_ on wichelt site, the product code is 3706522.. leads me to believe its the same
Their site, along with zweigarts, isn't really set up for shopping directly to consumers. They mainly deal with stitch shops.
Here is a list of canadian shops that buy from them..
http://www.wichelt.com/dealer/country.p ... try=canada" target="_blank I am sure there are many others but they may buy indirectly, through wholesalers or other buying groups.
Yarn Tree is a distributor out of Iowa that does sell direct to customers.. but fabric is a little tricky. You have to buy a full bolt width, which is 43". Not just the size cut you need. But now you know product code, a stitch shop should be able to order it for you.

I couldn't wait, so I tried google. I love google.
Typed in my fabric and it came up with http://www.Stitchers-Paradise.com" target="_blank with my colonial aida cloth.
Ordered it and all my threads there. I'll let you know if I have any problems.
There's something about ordering this stuff and getting it just right that I really enjoy.

Glad you have found what you need. For future reference I find 1-2-3 stitch is really great.
