Does Anybody Recognize This Picture #2

Post by sandyl »

Image

Since i appear to be computer challenged, I couldn't figure out to post both pictures in one post. This is the other picture I was looking for the identity of the book it came from. Sorry, if the picture is kind of small, wasn't sure of the forums rule on picture size. So, if anyone recognizes where this came from. It would have probably been in the 80's. Thank, Sandy

It kind of looks like something by P. Buckley Moss, but I'm not sure. Can't say that I've ever seen that exact one before. Sorry...

Found it! I found it on ebay brand new for $6.00. It is Country Seasons by june Griggs Designs #18. It had 12 patterns, 1 for every months. I made 2 of the patterns, wanted to make a couple more, then lost the book in a move. So glad to have found it again.

You were right about it looking like P. Buckley Moss. It seems like June Grigg designed crosstitch patterns of pictures by him. My picture is by her, but he looks like he influenced her work.

Congratulations on finding the designs! Isn't eBay wonderful :-) (though sometimes dangerous to the budget...)
