FOUND!! - Bear w/ flowered hat (Looking for pattern)

==> Update: I found the magazine and name of the pattern! Yea! It is in The Cross Stitcher 2004 issue and it's called Belle the Bear.

I hope you guys can help me. I am looking for a pattern that was in a cross stitch magazine from USA and between 95-early 2000's. The pattern is just of a teddy bear's head and she is wearing a yellow or straw hat with many flowers on it, cocked sideways on her head. I would love to know the name and year of the magazine so I can possibly buy that magazine again, or if someone has the original pattern they could send me, I would be willing to pay for it. I know this is rather vague, but it is really all I can remember.
