Does anyone have a copy of the Dimensions Booklet "Lucy's Friends" by Lucy Rigg for loan or sale?

I am missing half the pattern for the birth record, and at the rate I am going, the baby is going to be going to university by the time I have finished(with failing eyesight) working the second half out using an 18 year old photo of one I did for my grandson.
