Back after a long time away!!

Hi everyone, I have so missed all you people. Not been too well and lost the urge to much. But I am better now and raring to go. I say better, I have been told I have to have a foot operation and will be in plaster for 8 weeks.... 8 flippin weeks on crutches........now there is an excuse to do some serious stitching

Sorry to hear about the foot, though... even if it does mean serious stitching time is available, it's a nuisance.

Welcome (back)!!!

Eight weeks in plaster clearly has a divine purpose - that's eight weeks of stitching!

I did 3 months in plaster and cross stitch was the only thing that kept me sane!

Welcome back! Sorry to hear about your foot issue. I broke my ankle 3 weeks ago and had surgery, it's giving me cross stitch time as well! Enjoy the time to stitch and hope it heals well and fast for you.
