Please help with Clouds Factory!

I discovered this website and really like some of the patterns that it had to offer. I registered to make an account on this website, and it said that it would send me a conformation email. I went to my email and the conformation email never arrived. I tried to make an account the next day and it said that there had already been an account name associated with my email. I tried to log on with my account and I couldn't get in. I really love the patterns on this website, so I really would like to order them.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I cant imagine. Whatever it is, it'll have to be handled by the website admin. Scroll down to the bottom on their web page and click on the "Contact Us" link to send them a message.

Cloud Factory also comes and visits us here so you could also send a PM on this site and see if that might get to them a bit faster then just on the web site.

When I signed up for the site I found the confirmation email in my spam folder, so I had whitelist the address for future emails to come through.

Also, she does sell a lot of her patterns on Etsy as well, so if you can't get the site to work, you can try there:

You can also try contacting her through the Facebook page if you do Facebook. I asked her a question once on there and she responded within a day.
