Missing paperwork

Post by knoxie73 »

Hello there !

I wonder if anyone can help or offer some advice. I have been stitching a Bell pull, I photocopied the original paperwork so I could mark off when I had completed the parts and bits but I believe I have stupidly thrown the paperwork away, as I cannot find it.
Also where I have photocopied there are several rows missing from the ends of the pages and some of the finishing stitches are missing too But I didn't realise until later on in the design when I was going to the next page.
I have bought a laminator and want to laminate the originals I am working on and photocopy from that if you follow me.
I have emailed the make Permin 35-4118 Apples & Birds Bellpull. But I wondered if there is somewhere who holds some copies or any ideas of what I could do as I don't want to spend another £40 or so on another if I can get hold of a original piece.
Any advice of help would be so so great, I am so new at this and don't feel confident enough to make up the missing parts of the pattern.
I know I am so silly and I am really kicking myself for making such a error I cant believe I was so irresponsible !

Any help please

Thanks in advance

Shona

That's such a cute bell pull. I like Permin designs. Anyway, have you heard back from Permin? What did they say?

No email back from that as yet.
it is so lovely and its for my Aunt for Christmas - sorry for saying the dreaded C word hehehe

I am so angry with myself for doing something so stupid but have looked everywhere and I cannot find it, if they don't answer I think I will have to buy it again. Expensive lesson for myself and I wont do it again

Ouch! Well, let's hope they answer. I understand that the burnt hand teaches best, but... :anotherfrog:

:( but know that many of us (well at least some of us  ) have had to repurchase charts or kits because of similar situations. I hope that you here back from Permin soon.
