DMC millenium designs with dates, blackwork?

Hi folks,

I have lost the pattern for a DMC creative world Blackwork - it has the title "Millenium Designs With Dates". The pattern shows buildings dating from 1066 up to 1969, and is worked by J.H. (or possibly T.H?) in 2000. At the bottom of the pattern there is the inscription "To commemorate the year 2000 The millenium"

If anyone has the pattern, I would be very grateful!

I was looking through my stash this week and came across and unused, unopened Millennium cross stitch sampler kit, featuring designs of key inventions/dates etc. I will never use it but if you could give it a good home I would be happy to send it to you as a gift. Please pm me with your details.
