Looking for Fairies/angels holding children

Post by clytemnestra2344 »

I was hoping to do a cross stitch for my niece's nursery since she's on the way. I saw this at out locale craft store already stitched
http://www.123stitch.com/pictures/ASN3633-1.jpg" target="_blank
(It's called Fairy Godmother, she's in a green and pink dress holding a child, but I can't find the name of the designer or anything)
But I can't find the pattern anywhere as it is long out of print. Does anyone have this pattern/know where I can find it or some other pattern that has a fairy with a child or an angel holding a child?

Thanks for your time,
Cly

Have you tried L&L designs. This one is from them

There are many others out there but I have to go to work so will look more after work.

Thanks Rose. That one is lovely. I'm looking through too, I'm sort of looking for something in the colors green and lavender (the nursery colors).

Does anyone have the book "Cross Stitch Fairies: Over 50 Enchanting designs?" Because I saw it on Amazon and it says it has a Baby sampler but we can't look through it because it isn't available at any of our locale stores. We don't really want to buy it without knowing a little better what the baby stuff looks like.

I understand that you are looking for a specific color combination but this site has many different Angel and Fairy patterns. If you find pattern you really like you could change the colors to suit your color schemes.

I will continue to look for you and let you know if I find any more.

The pattern is beautiful! it looks like it could be from Stoney Creek possibly. I have their book # 127 called Angels of Light and the layout/design is very similiar. Maybe this info will help with your search. I will look around for you too.
