I started 4 days ago, but only stitched in the evenings. I love working on it, and love the colours.

Fantastic start on it. I like this design a lot don't think I have that much patience to stitch it though!

That is so beautiful Agi Did you solve your the problem of your threads showing through?

Serinde said she anchored the blackwork threads in the cross stitch, so that's what I am doing. I may have to go back to the first pattern because in that the ends are sticking out a bit, but don't know what to do with them. I may stitch that part again, in the worst case.

You've made an amazing start! And the blackwork is so delicate. Which Carrie's Threads colours are used in this design? And -- question to both Agi and Serinde -- are they nice to stitch with? I'm waiting for her silks to come out and have high hopes of them, but the colours are so lovely I might have to try some of the cotton floss as well

You seem to have alot of progress on it as well.

These are DMC threads hand-dyed. So nothing different in touch.
The following colours are used:
Coffee, New Vision, Gator Green-3, Seaweed-3, Bittersweet, Black Cherry, Bordeaux, Elk Snout, Masquerade, Midnight, Raspberry.

They are so beautiful! I love them.
