Suggestions for Birth Sampler

I would like to stitch something for a christening in the summer to which I will be the children's godparents. One is a boy aged two and a half and the other is a girl aged 9 months. Their bedrooms are decorated in Disney Cars and Eeyore and butterflies. Does anybody have a suggestion for something I could stitch with their birth details on that would go on the walls? I have looked at some Cars Cross Stitch Kits but I am not too impressed with them...
I did think about doing something that matches with each other or maybe an Eeyore picture that I could add writing to.
I have spent hours looking on websites so I was wondering if anybody else knows of a nice picture or sampler they have seen or stitched themselves?

I absolutely love that website! I made another order on there only earlier today lol. I have looked on there already but cant seem to find anything I like. I have bought them both a little teddy and was thinking about putting something on the teddy, maybe a t-shirt if I can find a small enough one and just stitching some writing on to it.
