Donna's WIP: UPDATE 28/11

Post by donlou »

Hi, hope this is ok but thought I would start a thread to help keep me motivated through my next project. It is called Elegance of the Orient, and is a Dimensions Gold kit. I bought it about ten months ago did some and then left it alone whilst i did other projects, but I have brought it out again as I am determined to finish it. Here is the picture of what it should look like and also my progress so far (hope the piccys work). I have been working on the dark gold colour:

What a gorgeous project but I can understand why you might want some encouragement, it looks very challenging! Good luck, and keep those progress pictures coming!

Great project, eagerly waiting for the next update. Do you mange to stitch very often or is it a hit and miss thing for you?

We all love looking at each others projects, think that make us a nosey lot but prefer to think of us all as showing an interest.

Hi, thanks for all the nice comments. I stitch all the time, as much as i can, but just lost motivation with this project because it would seem like I was stitching for hours but with so much still to do :D

This is a kit I've considered buying many times (the last time was just yesterday) so I'll gladly sit and watch this one come together.
