from an artcile in cross stitcher magazine:
1. work out the length of the cord you want.
2. multiple by 3
3. cut for lengths to that measurement (original x 3)
4. knot the four threads together and suspend them between two pencils (it says you need another pair of hands to help

) so you have two threads either side of the pencil
5.roatae both pencils together while keepin hold of the centre point with your hand
6. let the threads naturally twist together and then you have a cord
dear lord, thats given me a headche trying to make sense of it.
