Hi there! Oh, how I miss North Carolina! I was raised in Charlotte and went to Chapel Hill (hence my username!) but I've been living in Texas for about 12 years now...yikes! I sure miss home, and pork barbeque! :D
Maybe I can send you some god ole barbecue. I'm fixing baby back ribs and will use ...

Re: Needle Threaders
I have been looking at needle threaders from sew and so, as I am using size 28 needles on my HAED project, and the new batch that I bought I cannot get the two strands through the eyes of the new needles.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience of using this type of threader on a 28 needle ...

Re: Cramming in more every day
I wonder if anyone could help me.
I need to find some way of cramming 72 hrs work into every 24.
Does anyone know the trick?
Regards,
Richard.
Richard, if I had the trick I would surely let you know. Maybe we can create our clones, they can do all the work and make all the money, we can spend ...

Re: Hello
I also like to crochet but I do granny squares and then piece them together in whatever twisted way my mind comes up with.
That's one of the cool things about granny squares - you can do so much with them.
You're right about that. They are also lighter to work with until time to stitch them ...

I'm not a new stitcher (I've been stitching for a little over 20 years) but I am new to the forum. I stopped for a few years but in the past 6 months have started stitching again with great fervor. I work in a stressful job of child advocacy so it is a great release for me in the evenings.
