Re: Clifftop Footpath Anchor Cross Stitch Pattern

The ones you found are all of the small version, not the full scene. Thanks for trying, though, Jan.

Re: Clifftop Footpath Anchor Cross Stitch Pattern

When I Google this, I do find a SMALLER version with the same name....sort of like a partial panel cut out of the full version. That runs about $40 instead of $75.
If you found the full size version, 11 1/2" x 16 1/2" at a much lower price, please direct me to the site!
I wonder why the Anchor ...

Clifftop Footpath Anchor Cross Stitch Pattern

I LOVE this design, which you can see here: http://www.123stitch.com/cgi-perl/itemd ... ANC-APC937
Unfortunately, it is quite expensive for me. I wondered if anyone had the pattern they would like to sell. I don't need the whole kit...just the chart would be wonderful!

Northwest Sampler Mary Lou's WIP UPDATE 3 May 2010

Here is the progress to date on the Northwest Sampler. The first and second panels are complete, and more of the borders done. I'm enjoying it, and it's like having a mini-history lesson....like the reason for the suffragettes holding the Vote sign is because Wyoming was the first state to allow ...

Quiltmaker by Lavender & Lace - Mary Lou's WIP

I began The Quiltmaker about a week ago. Actually I started it a couple of weeks ago, but first picked a khaki colored fabric, decided it was too drab, and tossed it! This version is on a light oatmeal fiddler's cloth, 16 count aida. I really couldn't find exactly what I wanted in count and color ...

Re: MS - Quaker Welcome: Update 10-03-2010

This piece is lovely, and 434 is one of my favorite colors! Do I spot 2 missing stitches? On the upper left of the design, in the 9th row down of your picture, there is a row of seven stitches. It looks like there should be 2 stitches under that in the next row, to match with the design on the right ...

Re: Backstitch - Love it or Loathe it?

I must admit to sometimes backstitching over 2 stitches at a time, if the area is a line several stitches long. I can't see a bit of difference, even under my magnifier lamp, and it certainly makes the process almost twice as fast! After all, on 18 count, you are talking about a stitch 1/9th of an ...

Great choice of pattern...the action is so well shown that those horses almost jump off the canvas. This will be fun for us to watch.

Re: Tenderness at Sunset

This is a wonderful design, and I'm taking pleasure in watching you move it from being a UFO to being a WIP! A shame it has been discontinued, perhaps it will turn up on EBAY sometime. I've seen several dolphin patterns I like, but none with the assortment of other fish and sea life, which ...

Re: Spring has sprung!

Here in mid-coast Maine, usually a cold and snowy state, all the snow is melted, the ice has gone out in the lakes and streams, and it has been warm and sunny enough to open the doors and windows a bit to let in some fresh spring air. We had a much milder winter than folks in some other parts of the ...
