Ermmm...where shall i start??
Sorry guys, but i'm with you on the losing weight front. Would like to lose a stone but it seems to be getting harder now as I get older
Get better - going to ME helpgroups at beginning of year, so I'm hoping they will help me cope/manage with my illness
Get fitter - BF brought me a bike for chrimbo and got a trampoline from parents, so I'm going to try and do some exercise (without overdoing it) but hopefully the helpgroup will advise me on that too.
Get back to work fulltime
Eat better - Need to make sure I eat my 5 a day!
Stop smoking! Only started 2 years ago (at 27) so there is no excuse!
Drink less - the vino is going down a bit too easily these days
Pay Debts - finished paying off my loan, and now need to pay my dad off what I owe him!
Spend more time with my friends and family.
