Wonderful progress, I have two of these to do for the twins but have not really decided what designs to use on them. My daughter quite likes the Humphery's Corner range so I might look at some of those. :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

I love this and you're making fantastic progress with it. I really wanted to do this afghan for my friend who is expecting in October, but I thought there is too much work in it for me to do in time, without abandoning my other projects. So it's great to see you stitching it. :applesauce:

I can't believe you are already almost half way done! I think it looks great! As for your dilemma, I think I would just let them know that something is on it's way and wait to show it to them until it's all done. I am sure they will be so happy that you made something!

Such a great project and your making good progress (even though you feel it's not quick enough). I agree, I think let them know you're making something but keep it a surprise what exactly until it's finsihed.

Your work is amazing and so neat.

I think I would just tell them you are hand making a gift and it is not yet done but will be very soon. I am sure they will understand.

Looking gorgeous! It's so much more complicated than the one I'm doing, but so beautiful - a keepsake to be truly proud of. :applesauce:
