I'd like to know this too. It's an amazing design.

It may be hard for you to get your hands on a copy Jocello over in England. But there are cheap copies available on US Amazon.. so maybe they will ship internationally.
It is a hardcover book, 101 Best Loved Designs from Cross Stitch and Country Crafts, published by Better Homes and Garden magazine in 1996.
It has a nice variety of stitches to learn- rice, twill, queen, long armed cross, eyelets.. but they are all diagrammed in the instructions.

And well, because I can never entirely follow directions- I've switched out the top layer fabric. It called for a 25 ct Dublin Linen in Platinum (which is actually tan, not a white which is what I was expecting) It was hard to track down- and after I bought it, I switched it out after only having stitched 1/2 the roof line. It was too loose of a weave, and I didn't like the slubby nature of the linen. It made my stitches look uneven and that I had missed some stitches where the weave thread was a bit thicker. So I switched it out for a 28 ct lugana- and I am much happier with it. I'll have to adjust the spacing of the tree and light fixture on the under fabric- but I think I'll be ok.
Good luck.. it will be fun to see others stitch this design.
