How about you just try to contact Pako, and ask them if it's possible to send you a new chart. Explain what has happened and maybe they can help you with your problem.

As far as Vervaco/Lanarte is concerned, if people had unfortunate accidents with their charts (like the dog ate it, spilled wine or coffee) we supply them with a new copy. And no, you are right to think that we can't possibly know if these people are telling the truth or not - we go on good faith, I guess you could say.

I have found most companies very helpful when a chart is damaged or lost and the project half completed.

I even knew of a company that sent out a whole new canvas when the project was printed on the canvas and the print began to wear

Yes I always ay send a request to the designer/company and explain what has happen and they are all usually very helpful replaceing lost/destroyed patterns.

Thank you Vervaco for encouraging this line of action and it is great to know you are willing to help in this way. :D

You're very welcome. :)

We try our best to help people who need more threads, or yarn. Or have questions about their kits. We welcome suggestions and take our time to sort out complaints. It's all part of the service. :)
