Such a pretty design! Good luck with the beading. I've never done any... it makes me nervous!

I love Pointsetta flowers and I am enjoying seeing them growing and flowering in many gardens up here.

So a quick baby sampler has barged its way in and is also finished.

All missing is babys name and DOB( not arrived yet). Had a horrible experience with this one, was poking through for a 1/4 stitch as its on aida and i got my finger but it went right in, euck first time ive done that!!
Back to the poinsetta for tonight and hogwarts for the weekend :)

Very cute!

I can't tell you how many times I've pricked my fingers with needles. Only drawn blood a few times, but my fingers are so callused now that it rarely draws blood.

Poinsetta update. There is some sparkle in it now top right but its hard to see in the picture

I usually work on the Hogwarts crest at the weekend, but the missing thread stil hasnt arrived and I like to finish off a full 1/4 before moving to the next, maybe i should stop being picky and just get griffindor started.
Hoping for the threads on Monday :x they have been in the post for a week and its UK to UK =/

Yes some more sparkle in the gaps and a darker colour in the middle :) Going to Edinburgh today to see if i can catch some of the festival so stitching on hold :shock: :ratherbe:
