I saw this stitching frame on TW's Blog:

Does any one know who makes this frame? If not I am thinking about making one for myself

No idea, but I would guess the photo was taken some time ago. It's too good to be a Sierra Frames, but it looks very like Needle Needs.

It does look like an early Needleneeds item.

This is their latest floor stand

 It looks like they are no longer making the Aristo frame!! I love mine

I heard that too, that they don't make the Aristo anymore - I'm glad I've got mine, I really wouldn't be able to do the Certificate without it!
And yes, the stand is their latest floor stand. I was given a sneak preview of it some years ago, when we were picking up the Aristo. The workmanship, as always, is beautiful. It's a shame their communication is so bad :-(

I noticed that both of those use pins to support the separate frame, on all of my frame mounts the frame is on a pivot: Which is better?

I have been having a look at my stocks of materials. I probably have enough teak to make another  frame stand but I have just finished dismantling a garden gazebo frame and have some rather useful looking plastic coated steel sections which if made up into (another) frame stand would be lighter than the wood alternative.
